Fee Disclosure:** By joining Habloft, you acknowledge that all fees are final, non-refundable, and will not be prorated for any reason. **Monthly fees, annual fees, and E&O fees are non-refundable and due as stated.

Mentorship Rule:*** Under all plans, agents with five (5) or fewer closed transactions must complete their first four (4) deals with Habloft under mentorship. A 60/40 split applies (60% agent / 40% mentor). ***Transaction fees are capped as noted per plan year.
